We receive referrals from government and private hospitals or clinic to our center. All referrals should include details on patient’s history and relevant investigation findings of the patient as well as the referring doctor contact number.
In case of urgent appointment or hospital admission is needed, please contact the rehabilitation physician in-charge of the respective specialty during office hours.
The appointment dates for Rehabilitation Specialist Clinic can be made via phone, or at the clinic counter.
All patients will require initial assessment by rehabilitation doctors before referrals for Allied Health services such as Physiotherapy can be made.
