On admission to Hospital Rehabilitasi Cheras, you will be assessed by a multidisciplinary team who will establish an individualised plan of therapy in consultation with you. Together, realistic goals will be set.
A rehabilitation specialist will oversee your therapy program and monitor your progress in conjunction with other team members.
The nurse in charge will co-ordinate your care and is available to discuss any concerns that may arise. Nursing care is provided 24 hours a day.
